  • Responsibilities
  • Maintain all technical records, regulatory and company requirements, including Aircraft Technical Log, cabin maintenance log and work packages including routine and non-routine work cards, phase check packages
  • Maintain the stock of technical documents for all aircraft, stock take of different material at different locations; purchase and order the log books.
  • Maintain the electronic record of these documents, as well as the SSFDR, CVR and Slide Deployment videos, etc
  • Modify the layout of the technical and cabin maintenance log upon request from QA or CAD
  • Keep track with the status of aircraft certificates including C of A and radio station licenses. Make sure the aircraft has the appropriate and updated certificates.
  • Assist in Variation/Exemption monitoring
  • Administrate M&E manuals & aircraft manufacturers’ aircraft maintenance manual in ENG server and E-library
  • Administrate the aircraft manufacturer’s website access for all ENG staff and other line station staff
  • Perform other duties or projects assigned by supervisor/manager

  • Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Non-Degree Tertiary Educational Level
  • A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details                                       
  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines                                
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese       
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
